Lexus India App — Everything You Need to Know About the New Owner Experience

Lexus has launched a dedicated connected-car app for India that brings remote vehicle control, safety services and ownership data straight to your phone. Built around the Japanese hospitality concept Omotenashi, the Lexus India app is designed to offer a premium, integrated ownership experience for Lexus customers across the country.

Key features at a glance

The app focuses on three core scenarios: remote access, quick vehicle insights, and ownership services. Through the mobile interface owners can lock/unlock doors, start or stop the engine (where supported), control climate settings, flash hazard lights, and check odometer, fuel range and door/trunk status — all without visiting the car. These remote functions are available via the app on Android, iOS and Wear OS.

Safety and support built in

Lexus adds several safety-oriented tools: an onboard SOS button that connects to a 24/7 Lexus Emergency Call Centre, collision alerts that notify support teams automatically after severe incidents, and roadside assistance access from within the app. Geofencing alerts (when a car leaves a set area) and speed-limit notifications are also included, useful for parents or fleet monitoring.

Compatibility & availability

The Lexus India app is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store and also supports Wear OS watch integration for certain actions. Note that specific features depend on the vehicle model and its subscription/connected services package; not every function will be available on all Lexus models. For official download links and compatibility notes, refer to the Play Store listing and Lexus India’s connected-services pages.

Who benefits most?

Owners of Lexus vehicles in India who value seamless remote access and concierge-style services will find the app most useful. Fleet managers and safety-conscious drivers will appreciate geofencing and SOS capabilities, while owners who want quick service history, warranty and roadside assistance at hand will benefit from the app’s ownership hub features.

The Lexus India app aims to make ownership more convenient and secure by centralizing remote controls, service details and emergency support into a mobile companion. It’s a step toward modern, connected luxury ownership—especially valuable for buyers who want to manage more of their vehicle experience from a smartphone.
